Harbor Cottage is double-storeyed, with a south-facing protected porch at ground floor level running the width of the house. Downstairs comprises a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with a wood-burning stove for use in Spring and the Fall. The kitchen is equipped with Sub-Zero refrigerator, Gaggenau 5-burner gas range, self-cleaning electric oven and dishwasher. Upstairs the large master bedroom has exposures on three sides with fine views out to sea and across the wetland. There are ample closets and open shelves for books. Also upstairs is a full bathroom with claw-foot tub and scrubbed pine counter, and a separate, fully-equipped laundry room. A handsome cedar outdoor shower provides extra bathing facilities.
